When can I enroll?

On the other hand, the rest of the year is considered the Special Enrollment Period, during which you can enroll or make changes to your policy in the following situations:

You applied for your permanent residency and received Form I-797 (Notice of Action).
You received your work permit or Green Card.
You changed your residence.
You had changes in your household size (marriage, divorce, had a child, adopted a child, or have more financial dependents).
If, for any reason, you lost the medical coverage you previously had.
